We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer who can build high-impact dashboards and help streamline and consolidate our reporting landscape. If you’re passionate about transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights, and reducing report clutter to create a cleaner user experience, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Develop high-quality Power BI dashboards, and reusable datasets.
- Assess and consolidate existing reports to eliminate redundancy and create a curated, high-value analytics experience.
- Partner with business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into intuitive, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineering to design clean, efficient data models aligned with Microsoft Fabric.
- Establish reporting standards, governance practices, and best-in-class visual design patterns.
- Optimize performance across datasets, DAX measures, and report architecture.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
- Strong skills in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and dimensional modeling.
- Experience rationalizing and consolidating large reporting ecosystems.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders and guide them toward better reporting practices.
- Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms (Microsoft Fabric preferred).
