Must Haves
- 7+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Enterprise‑level experience – financial services background highly preferred
- Ability to work independently with strong design, coding, and testing skills
- Prior experience with major banks (Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Capital One) is a plus
Front End / UI
- 6+ years developing enterprise web applications using React
- Strong JavaScript development experience
- HTML and CSS expertise
Back End
- 6+ years developing integrated and secure enterprise or web‑based applications using Java/J2EE
- Experience with business process workflow software
- Strong knowledge of Spring Framework
- Experience developing apps on the Cloud (OpenShift highly desired)
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, debug, and document projects/programs including upgrades and deployments
- Contribute to large‑scale strategy planning
- Review complex technical challenges requiring in‑depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve complex issues to meet client needs while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
