GRC Specialist

About the Role

A leading North American manufacturing and technology organization is seeking a GRC Specialist to drive the procurement, implementation, and rollout of a new Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform—potentially Archer, AuditBoard, or LogicGate.

This is a hands‑on, strategic role ideal for someone experienced in GRC tool implementation, SOX compliance, audit support, and ERP environments (Oracle preferred).

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement & vendor selection for the new GRC tool
  • System implementation & integration with internal platforms
  • Support SOX, ITGC, and internal audit readiness
  • Align tool configuration with ERP systems (Oracle)
  • Define GRC workflows, controls, and access policies
  • Provide user training and post‑deployment support

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • 7+ years in GRC, compliance, or IT audit roles
  • Proven experience implementing GRC platforms (Archer, AuditBoard, LogicGate)
  • Strong understanding of SOX, ITGC, and enterprise compliance
  • ERP experience (Oracle or similar)
  • Procurement & stakeholder alignment skills
  • Excellent cross‑functional communication
