Job Description:
- Lead the architecture and design of modernized applications.
- Migrate existing systems off OpenVMS and support education data modernization.
- Work closely with development teams and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of software architecture/software development experience on large-scale projects.
- Minimum 3 years experience in code reviews and data model analysis.
- Experience with BC Government infrastructure, policies, and standards is mandatory.
- Expertise in Java/J2EE, JBoss, microservices, APIs, OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect.
- Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
