Key Responsibilities:
- Lead indirect sourcing and contract execution for low-risk, low-dollar procurement transactions, focusing on operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier performance in line with cost, quality, delivery, and service goals.
- Apply commercial contract knowledge to minimize risk and ensure compliance with organizational policies and practices.
- Stay current with market trends and emerging technologies in indirect procurement to inform sourcing decisions and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Professional certifications such as PMAC SCMP, CPP, ISM, or PMP are a plus.
- Proven experience in indirect procurement, including global spend management and supplier relationship management.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in digital procurement tools like Ariba, and ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite.

- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and contract negotiations, particularly in the tech or procurement sectors.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
