Job Description:

Salesforce & Technology Strategy & Vision:

o Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce and the broader sales and marketing technology stack across the enterprise.

o Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with sales and marketing goals, leveraging Salesforce, other relevant technologies, and AI to gain a competitive advantage and accelerate revenue growth.

o Research and analyze market trends within the Salesforce ecosystem, other sales and marketing technology areas, and the AI landscape to inform platform adoption and innovation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

· Experience:

o Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in IT roles, with significant focus on supporting sales and marketing functions and at least 3 years in a leadership role.

o Proven track record of successful implementation, management, and optimization of Salesforce platform solutions (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

o Demonstrated experience with other relevant technologies such as Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and potentially ERP integration.

o Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) for use cases such as sales forecasting, lead qualification, marketing personalization, and customer journey optimization.

Technical Skills:

o Deep knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Reporting, Dashboarding, Lightning Components, APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

o Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and network security.

o Expertise in data analytics and reporting platforms to drive data-informed decision-making.

o Familiarity with Salesforce security models, data modeling, and multi-org environments.

o Experience with AI/ML tools and platforms relevant to sales and marketing (e.g., Einstein GPT, predictive analytics tools, conversation intelligence platforms).
