Job Description:
We are hiring an eNIM Analyst for a remote contract role supporting a major enterprise project. The analyst will monitor production data, troubleshoot EDI transactions, and collaborate across teams to resolve technical issues effectively.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
✔ EDI expertise – Strong knowledge of EDI transactions, mapping specifications & data flows
✔ SAP knowledge – A plus for troubleshooting OpenText Enterprise & SAP integrations
✔ Production support experience – Minimum 4+ years in a customer-facing environment
✔ Problem-solving & analytical skills – Ability to investigate and resolve complex issues
✔ Strong English communication skills – Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
✔ Availability to work holidays if needed – (Compensatory days provided)
✔ Familiarity with ServiceNow – A plus
